Question, i.MX6Solo parallel camera input port

Dear team,

My customer wants to use Maxim/MAX9272, Deserializer, for camera input of i.MX6Solo.

As for the parallel output from MAX9272, a spread spectrum(1%) is added.

Can i.MX6SL receive the parallel data from MX9271 correctly?

Yes, it is possible to use the MAX9272 on the parallel CSI input port of i.MX6SL with 1% spread spectrum on pixel clock/output. Also, please note that the CSI port of i.MX6SL is maximum 16-bit wide, so, the corresponding data format should be selected on the link/deserializer side.

No, no special settings are required for i.MX6 to get the 1% spread spectrum CSI input.
