Query on the Tamper Pin

Dear Team,

There are total 10 tamper pins together in the application processor which i am using.

I am planning to use only two pins a tamper, other pins as the GPIO's.

It is mentioned like this in the datasheet for the power section of tamper pins.

" VDD_TMPR_CSI_1P8_3P3 Shall be connected to VDD_SNVS_LDO_1P8_CAP when used as a
tamper pin. In CSI mode use an external 1.8 V supply. In this case, follow the 1.8 VI/O specification above."

If i want to use the above case ( i.e two as a tamper pin & other as GPIO) what should be the power domain to VDD_TMPR_CSI_1P8_3P3.

If i make above connection will i able to use tamper pins both as GPIO & tamper detection pins

Hello,

  It is recommended to use VDD_SNVS_LDO_1P8_CAP as voltage source
for the tamper pins in order to be able to detect tampers in low power modes.
 If there are not requirements to detect events in low power modes, any
voltage source may be applied.
