Query on Internal protection diode in iMX8 processors

Can you suggest if iMX8 Dual X plus processor (IMX8DX5A) have internal protection or clamping diodes (for ESD protection) or not on its GPIO pins .

no chances, as these parametrs was not characterized (not measured on factory) so

nowhere to get it from.
