Problem with linux-mfgtool and initramfs

Hi,

I am trying to use kernel + initramfs provided with mfgtool package for SCM QWKS board.

I've managed to boot kernel via USB OTG but I get the following error:

request_module: runaway loop modprobe binfmt-0000

Failed to execute /linuxrc (error -8)

Starting init: /bin/sh exists but couldn't execute it (error -8)

Kernel panic - not syncing: No working init found. Try passing........

I've tried to bitbake my own mfgtool uboot + linux + initramfs, with same result.

Please help to solve this.

I am having a very similar problem with initramfs: the one built with yocto says

Starting init: /bin/sh exists but couldn't execute it (error -80)
