Hello Vinod,
Please note that SW1/A/B/C are 2.5 to 4.5A buck regulators that can be configured in various phasing schemes, depending on the desired cost/performance trade-offs. The following configurations are available:
• SW1A/B/C single phase with one inductor
• SW1A/B as a single phase with one inductor and SW1C in independent mode with one inductor
• SW1A/B as a dual phase with two inductors and SW1C in independent mode with one inductor

In this case, you pretend to use the buck regulator as follow: SW1AB.
It means that, based on the inductor value calculated, the optional 3.6A inductor is enough for your application.
In the other hand, if you pretend to use the SW1ABC configuration, the 4.5A inductor will be necessary.
In regard with your last question, indeed, the 500mA inductor would be great.
I hope this information will be useful for you.
If I misunderstood your question, feel free to let me know. I will be glad to help.
Have a great day.
David Diaz.
