"imx6q-cpufreq.. error" may be related to board design: please check

that it has pmic, as i.MX6Q Sabre SD reference board, refer to sect.2.5.3 CPU

Frequency Scaling (CPUFREQ), sect.2.5.2 PMIC PF Regulator attached Linux

Manual. Try to use nxp linux from source.codeaurora repository

May be recommended to recheck board with Sabre schematic on

left is not ok, right is ok  ,about pci, the problem may be not realted to imx6q-cpufreq?

"not ok" does not show errors, it also shows "link up" .

You can try to experiment attaching other pcie cards or

changing pcie card from good to bad and compare.
