Need suggestion for selecting board for Android porting

I am trying to build an android based application. It will have interfaces to a DAQ and a signal source(both preferably on SPI) which require minimal latency; a thermal printer, a USB flash drive and around 15 GPIOs for control. It will also have a USB interface with PC. Can anybody suggest whether sabre-lite or Wand board will be suitable for this. My main intention is to use the board which has most of the drivers for these interfaces available.

Hi Kiran,

There are many options of third-party boards based on the i.MX6 families, like SABRE Lite, RiOTboard, WandBoard, UDOO and others. Based on your particular requirements of SPIs, USB connectivity, GPIOs and Android BPS, it seems that the better options could be either the Wandboard or the UDOO Quad boards. Please take a look at the following links:

Hope this will be useful for you.
Best regards!
/Carlos
