Dear NXP Supporting Team;

We have some IMX8M Mini Core board booting fails problem.

The attached is the booting failed logs.

would you please kindly help to check and give some advice?

Yes.

All these boot failure for i.MX8MM but in different board and all BSP is 5.4.70.

Have you asked customer to do DDR stress test again and with both room and high temperature? 

Due to the error in log showing rom check, pay attention to the stability of usb connection while testing.

I've analyzed all logs, assume that all logs are for BSP 5.4.70 and for same board with i.MX8MM core.

According to the  202303241605.txt, then advise to check if the DDR calibration passed. if it fails, which will cause many different unforeseen boot failure, like kernel panic.

Thanks a lot for you support and advise.

BSP 5.4.70 and for same board with i.MX8MM core.

Yes, the BSP version is 5.4.70 and the CPU Parts : MIMX8MM6CVTKZAA,PMIC : PCA9450AAHN

EMMC : ASFC8G31M-51BIN DDR : AS4C512M16D4-75BIN.
Problem : 
1.The customer had done the DDR Calibration at room temperature and DDR stress test at high temperature. Please check the attached file "test_result_20230403-8'45'48.log" for DDR stress test at high temperature.
 
Currently, the customer feedback is that there is still a probable failure to start, please help to see if there are other suggestions and comments.

Hi 

I have checked the DDR Tool log.

There is one error log about rom_check_hab. That is a little strange.

This error has yet to happen only once. Usually this error happened during the download process.

Please check again if the error is caused by the connection cable.

From these logs, except for DDR calibration, there is file system corrupted. So If there is any specific code change for kernel or uboot by customer?
