NIST STS failure

We already upgraded Linux kernel from 3.14.38 to 4.1.15_2.0.0 so far.

Then I get 140MB from /dev/hwrng to do the test via NIST STS.

But the test failed on  these two items. (LongestRun and RandomExcursions)

Could you give us some suggestions on this RNG issue?

Below is my parameter setting.
