i.MX6DQ RM of  sect 8.5.2.2 NAND Flash Boot Flow and Boot Control Blocks (BCB) Describes

The FCB data structure is protected using software ECC (SEC-DED Hamming Codes).

Do Will ECC data to make the BCH in Software ECC.

Do externally calculated and required to enter ?

The ECC data is recorded in the 0-3 byte of FCB?

FCB data is protected by software ECC, calculated

by arm core, each data byte is protected with parity data.

kobs-ng tool is used for writing FCB data to NAND.
