Mfgtool2 tool not working

Hi,

I have designed a board with iMX6 processor. It is powered up and basic testing is done. I am trying to using Mfgtool2 to download my uboot image to  SD card. . I have powered the board an connected the OTG USB port to PC. After that i have opened the Mfgtool2 application. But when i open the tool it is not working The error i am getting is given below. (error code:4). I am also attachint the log file for the details. Can anyone help on this?

what mfgtool version and board you use? when you connect board to PC, can mfgtool recognize the board? if yes, pls dont insert the SD card first, when mfgtool recognize the board, then insert the SD card.
