Mfg tool jumping to OS

I connect a Sabre board with OTG. When the Mfg tool reaches the the jumping to OS windows 7 pop up a window that drive needs format in order to use it and the Mfg tool stops

Any solution?

Yes the MFG Tool Is OK. The format window is irrelevant to the MFG Tool and does not cause any problems to its function.

I solve some issues I had with the ucl file and it is working OK
