Maximum compression ratio supported by VPU

Hi all,

Using GStreamer I am live streaming video through i.MX board to PC, at resolution of 1920*1080 pixel and bit-rate of 30 and encoder is H.264. According to calculation : (1920*1080*30*20)/10mbps and compression rate comes around 142.

Can anyone please tell me does VPU support this compression ratio or how to find it??
