Manufacturing Tools alternative for i.MX6ULL programming

Is there an alternative to Manufacturing Tools to program a micro SD card for use in an i.MX6ULL?  Manufacturing Tools simply does not work for me (I constantly get "No Device Connected" when I attempt to program via this tool).
