I am going to use MMPF0100F0ANES in our design which has the Package Outline Drawing Number 98ASA00589D.

Do you have any PCB Guideline document recommend for this package 98ASA00589D as the following for package 98ASA00379D (page 4,5)?

Can 98ASA00589D package use the same PCB with 98ASA00379D ?

I've referenced AN1902 (Assembly Guidelines for QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) and DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) Packages) but it is better if you have a guideline PCB for 98ASA00589D?

I have referenced section 7.2 Layout Guidelines as your suggest.

I am sorry that my question is not clearly.

I want to find the Land Pattern Design guideline for part MMPF0100F0ANES, which is not mention in section 7.2

In the datasheet of MMPF0100Z, section 8, suffix ES part (WF-Type package ) can refer to two package documents  98ASA00379D, 98ASA00589D.

Do you have the Land Pattern Design guideline for  98ASA00589D?

Can 98ASA00589D package use the same Land Pattern Design with 98ASA00379D?

I think one can look at i.MX6_SABRE_SDP_DESIGNFILES : Design files, including hardware

schematics, Gerbers, and OrCAD files,

it uses MMPF0100
