Hi Greg, 

The MK22 parts as below which Operating Characteristics • Voltage range (including flash writes): 1.71 to 3.6 V • Temperature range (ambient): -40 to 105°C. The client doesn’t need -40°C and the exact temperature range is needed 0°C to 70°C. When we was modified temperature then we estimated the order quantities 10M pieces.

In fact, we have ordered below samples, but the lead time in 2023, it is too late, would you please support us to change temperature then we can avoid to meet MK22 shortage of problem.

Right now, could you support us these items one piece/per item sample in May 2022 before. We will place order each 500K/yr in 2022.
