MIMX9302CVVXDAB power consumption

Hi, 

I am looking for better data on the powerconsumption of the rails for the MIMX9302CVVXDAB

Since it is clocked down (900MHz) i expect the current to be lower. Not sure thou if i can apply lower voltage to the VDD SOC as well. 

The DDR interface is also running at a lower speeed. 

So basically a full load measurement so that i can design a Power solution for it. 

And no using the PMIC is not an option. I have a 3.3v rail and that will not change so the PMIC cannot be used. 

Has anyone done these kind of measurements?

Yes i have read the app note many times but i cannot find any power requirement when running the device on 900MHz, which is the only possibility of that device as well as reduced DDR speed, and full load. I do not think idle is the right test for designing the PoL of the system.

We refer to Low Drive Mode when the processor operates at 900 MHz.

All values labeled as "Low Drive Mode" in the application note correspond to the processor running at 900 MHz.

Please refer to the following table for the naming conventions we use for each processor frequency.
