There is not documentation on MCUXpresso and Jenkins integration per se, but it has been done by community users. You may find a couple of community documents pertaining the use of MCUXpresso and Jenkins, like the one below.

I have not checked on the Jenkins mailing lists but I would also recommend checking on the Jenkins community if there is additional information on use cases integrating MCUXpresso and Jenkins.
