Looking for LPDDR4 DRAM Pin-to-Pin Compatible with NXP i.MX8M Quad (MIMX8MQ6DVAJZAB)

Hi,

I am currently working on a SoM - System on Module utilizing the NXP i.MX8M Quad processor (part number: MIMX8MQ6DVAJZAB) and am seeking recommendations for an LPDDR4 DRAM component that meets the following criteria:

• Pin-to-pin compatibility with the MIMX8MQ6DVAJZAB

• Operating frequency: 1866 MHz (~ 3733 MT/s data rate)

• Operating Voltage : 1.1 V, 1.25 V, or 1.33 V

• Density: Preferably available in 16 Gb or 32 Gb configurations

If you have experience with specific DRAM parts that are validated or widely used in conjunction with the MIMX8MQ6DVAJZAB, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations or insights.

You can consider  MT53E1G32D2FW-046 and K4GBE3D4HM for 4GB.

MT53E1G32D2FW-046 is scheduled for obsolescence and i can't find its datasheet.

The datasheet for part number K4GBE3D4HM is not available but i did find another part number K4FBE3D4HM-MGCJ.

Can i proceed with this part number(K4FBE3D4HM-MGCJ)?
