Loading custom Image to eMMC using Mfgtools

We have a custom board based on imx6q and we have built our image using yocto project. How can I load my custom image to eMMC in my board using Mfgtools provided by NXP/Freescale?

Note:I have built initramfs using "bitbake fsl-image-mfgtool-initramfs" command.

old mfg tool files should be replaced with new in folder

Profile/Linux/OS Firmware/firmware/

Image files are in folder ../files

Just for reference one can look at attached Linux Guide p.15.
