LVDS Frequency need to change 23 MHz

Hi All,

We are working on LVDS LCD 640X480 iMX6dl6 linux version 4.1.15 ,we are passing clock frequency 25 MHz from device tree.

But once measure the frequency in oscilloscope we are getting 18.3 MHz.

But we need to set 23 MHz clock for LVDS LCD,we change the PPL5 but we are failed.

Can you please help me where we have to change for getting proper frequency.
