LPDDR4 compatible for i.MX8QXP

Hi

According to IMX8QXP datasheet, the DDRC of processor only supports LPDDR4 up to 1.2 GHz. I would like to check are the below chosen 4GB LPDDR4 memory parts compatible with iMX8 QuadXPlus processors?

MT53D1024M32D4DT-053, clock rate 1866MHz
MT53D1024M32D4DT-046, clock rate 2133MHz

Other than the clock cycle frequency option settings of 800MHz or 1200MHz that I can find in RPA excel, is there other register/PLL settings I need to take note on relating to a higher clock rate frequency DRAM memory used?

Hi YK7,

Well for your DDR memories any of the two you select could work on your system, also you should check the memories tested by micron with our devices, please see below:

And for your second question, well you could move some PLL registers or clocks that are on the Register Configuration sheet, but we do not support this and that is on your own to move it, as you already read on the datasheet and on the programming aid the speeds supported are 1.2 GHz and 800 MHz.
