Kernell compiling with Ltib

I'm new on linux staff, I just have a fell weeks working with it, but I need to cross compile a linux 2.6.35.3 on ubuntu 9.10 using Ltib version 9.1.1 to run in my imx515 board.

Can any one help me with it explaing each step so I can undesrtand and make it myself next time?

There are details steps for how to prepare the building host and how to build the BSP.
