Issues about Uboot CMD on uboot 2014.04

Hi all，

       I dont know what some Uboot cmd can be applied to on MX6DL Uboot 2014.04，such as

          loop    - infinite loop on address range

       This cmd will read the memory addr range as fast as possible，it's a infinite loop, but I dont know if it is meaningful,some articles say it can used for ddr test, I cannot understand it.
