Interfacing an RF module to the i.MX 515 application processor

Greetings,

I am a research student at Makerere University, Uganda  and my team seeks to develop for a mobile phone. We intend to use the the i.MX series 5 application processor for our implementation and we were wondering whether it is possible to interface it with a Telit wireless solutions RF module (GE864-QUAD V2 in particular)!

Hello Paul,

Yes, you can interface it with an i.MX5x processor, it can either be done through the SIM or UARTs.
