IMXRT1050 XIP erase and program Serial NOR Flash

I am using IMXRT1050. My program runs at Serial NOR Flash via FlexSPI. I want to erase and program Flash to save some user parameters. How can I erase and program Flash while continue to execute my code in the Flash. I don't want to block my code while Flash is erasing.

you may run from sdram while you reflash. You can take a look here:
