IMX8QXP DDR STRESS TESTER unrecognized 32Gb LPPDDR4

Whether  IMX8QXP 32Gb total DRAM(8Gb per channel per chip select) stress test can be used at present on IMX8_DDR_Tester ER14?

I configure this in MX8QXP_C0_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.2GHz_v14 for 8192MB,But the display is ddr3 only 1024MB.

If i configure this in MX8QXP_C0_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.2GHz_v14 for 6144MB,it is  display  lpddr4  3072MB and DDR stress successfully.

Is there a newest version DDR stress tester?

latest tool can be found on

i.MX 8/8X Family DDR Tools Release  

32Gb LPDDR4 devices can be supported by i.MX8QM/QXP, for example

K4FBE3D4HM-MGCJ,   K4FBE3D4HM-GUCL.

also RPA example was sent via mail.

We face the same problem in IMX8QM, using DDR Tool ER14 to config with two 32Gb LPDDR4 devices, but only recognize 6GB in u-Boot and Kernel

The memory i use is MT53B1024M32D4NQ-62WT:C,is it OK?Same series as demo board MT53B768M32D4DT-062 AIT:B.

I have used the latest DDR STESSS testing tools and the configure documents(MX8QXP_C0_B0_LPDDR4_RPA_1.2GHz_v14).

Only this   "Density per channel per chip select (Gb)1"  modified from 6 to 8.

Why DDR STRESS TOOL recognized as DDR3 1024MB?
