IMX8QM Power consumption

Hi all, for our integration specification we need some information about the power consumption of the IMX8QM building block. For now we don't need a very detailed description but a rough approximation in order to dimension the power supply for the host system. We plan to supply the PMICs only with a single +5V power supply rail.  The parameters we need are following: 1) Maximum power consumption 2) Peak current  3) Rise time for the +5V input rail during start up BR Gery

As for your questions:

1. That will depend on the application that you are running on the device, you can take a look at the hardware design guide chapter 3.10 Power connectivity/routing. Also please see it on the datasheet chapter 4.1.5 Maximum Supply Currents.

2. The peak current you can look at the datasheet from the PMIC that we use for the i.MX8QM, please refer to the datasheet.

3. We do not have an estimated rise time for this, sorry if this may cause you a problem.
