[IMX8MP] firefox 68.9 segmentation fault

Hi,

On the IMX8MP EVK, BSP 5.15.71, I can build firefox but when executing firefox, there is a segmentation fault. 

My build configuration is xwayland. 

root@imx8mp-lpddr4-evk:~# GDK_BACKEND=wayland firefox

Segmentation fault

Mozilla Firefox 68.9.0esr

HI @jjiimmyy 

Yes, In our default BSP,  We do not support it on Embedded Linux. Only support Chromium Browser.

Since firefox is bundled into the NXP BSP, I would like to know

As i know we only support  chromium Brower  on XWayland, and Wayland.

firefox recipe is found in source/meta-browser/meta-firefox

Does it not mean firefox is supported?

just Linux (xwayland)
