IMX8ML Plus, PCIE RX and TX lanes functionality Switching

We are using the processor MIMX8ML8-based main board - to interface with a custom PCIE edge fingerboard. 

It has the RX and TX lanes swapped in the M.2 connector. We would like to run the same board with a standard SSD.

Is there any possibility of switching the functionalities of the RX and TX lanes of the PCIE through any configuration? 

Please confirm if there is any option that we can consider.

unfortunately, there is no configuration for swapping RX and TX.
