imx8m mini LPDDR4 2G samsung，it is error

0x40000000  and 0x80000000 are the same.Write data at address 0x40000000 3,0x80000000 also.

0x50000000  and 0x90000000 are the same.

0x60000000  and 0xa0000000 are the same.

NOW，why？

reason may be hardware errors (some lines are shorted), Also one

can try to change drive strengths and ODT settings, check if that helps.

read 0x4000 0000 and 0x8000000 ,The data is the same.

but write 0x80000000 aaaa,and read 0x40000 0000, The data is different.
