IMX7DSABRESD JTAG INTERFACE

Hi all,

I am working on IMX7 Dual SABRE board. I want to debug Cortex-M4 core through JTAG in IAR workbench. I tried with I-JET and PE-Micro debugger but I am not able to flash. 

What are the steps I need to follow if I want to debug it through JTAG? 

Any settings or configuration I need to do on the board or in IAR.

Please help...

Hi, igorpadykov,  

Thanks for your valuable information. I have gone through those documents, there is not enough information for IAR. In some documents, it is given that create a bin file and upload (It is working fine).  But can I debug it directly in Keil or IAR using PE-Micro or I-Jet?

I am using VCC, TMS, TCK, nRES, GND pin in JTAG, is it correct?

Please guide...
