IMX7+LPDDR3 timing analysis

Добрый день. Только начал проводить для данной конфигурации тайминг анализ, как сразу полетели палки в колеса. Первый вопрос касается тайминг модели (.v) IMX7D. Есть ли они готовые? Второй вопрос касается ODT моделей. IBIS скачал с сайта.
Использую следующую модель: mx7d_19x19_1p8v_lpddr3,ibs
Судя приведенной информации в ibis нет драйвера выключенного ODT для ddr шины.
Может я что-то не так понял? Спасибо

Hello,

   We do not provide timing model for the i.MX7. Sorry. Customers can apply to 

the following tool:

i.MX7D DRAM Register Programming Aid 

  As for the IBIS model, according to Table 26 (IBIS Model naming convention) of the i.MX7 

Development Guide, there is no LPDDR3 model with ODT.
