IMX6Q networking problem

Board is IMX6Q SCH-27392 REV C3 700-27392 REV B.

I have some issue with network subsystem on my board. I use different different kernels and operation systems. It is: images, that give me yocto, pre built images from official site (linux, ubuntu and android).

When i am trying to use dhcp i get

udhcpc (v1.20.2) started

Sending discover...

net eth0: FEC ENET: rcv is not +last

No lease, failing

I use udhcpc or busybox udhcpc commands.

So i can not get lease from my dhcp.

If i use static ip and netmask network not working too.

For testing i use point to point connection with my PC. If i ping my PC from board i get messages in netword sniffer:

192.168.26.1 is my PC, 192.168.26.4 is my board.

Sometime i get messages like this (on some binaries there isn't this error message):

Once i was able to connect to my board via ssh. But in shart time connection was refused.

I used all binaries that is on official website insted of Windows CE.

Network is working with binaries from L3.0.35_4.1.0_DEMO_IMAGE_BSP anf file system from L3.0.35_4.1.0_UBUNTU_RFS_BSP.
