IMX6D and PF0100 for LPDDR2

Hello, we want to make board on IMX6Dual with LPDDR2. Right now we are selecting version of PF0100. Is there any reference schematic interfacing IMX6, PMIC and LPDDR2?

But this schematic does not use PF0100. Could you recommed which OTP we should use for LPDDR2 1.2V and IMX6. dual?

  We do not have design with i.MX6 D/Q LPDDR2 and PF0100, but 

You may use the PF0100 F1  (as for i.MX6 SL EVK).

We will try to design board according your recomendations. We did board with IMX6SL, so hope with Dual core we won't have problems.
