I want to set the destination MAC address to RTP and RTSP Stream using Gstreamer, Any library needs to be installed or help me on the steps

Please note that RTP is a protocol over IP protocol.I mean one can use there IP address not MAC address.

You can use destination multicast IPv6 address instaad.
