I.MX6Q Downloading problem

I have design a board for i.mx6q.There is something error with it 。I used I.MX6Q-MFG-TOOL-V2.5 to develop it.The MfgTool.log said:

Which board and BSP are using? And which flash are you downloading to, SD card or EMMC?
