I.MX Yoco Liux meta-rust layer issue

Hello everyone,

I am experiencing an I.MX yocto build error related to the meta-rust layer which I was not seeing before during the bitebake building process. below it the error line, 

ERROR: Task (virtual:native:/home/dand/yocto/sti_git_repos/firmware_yocto/poky/../meta-rust/recipes-devtools/rust/rust_1.43.0.bb:do_compile) failed with exit code '1'

I wonder if anyone has seen this before and knows the solution

after few times trying, it just went though successfully. not sure what was wrong. It is OK now

Hello!

It make me thing that the Rust version that you are using is not compatible. Please check if the version that you are using is the correct.
