How to use the apt-get, ssh command in imx6q-sabresd?

I would like to use Ubuntu commands like the apt-get on the imx6sabresd board.

Also, I want to use ssh to transfer files (such as scp) to my local Linux server and the imx6-sabresd board.

Can you help me? please.
