How to use GStreamer build a pipeline that the board send video stream and the mobile phone display

    I am looking for a gstreamer command to streaming a video on the network,then  use a video player apps(vlc) on the mobile that can display the video stream

        Our main board is MCIMX6DLAICPU1,base board is MCIMXABASEV1，BSP version is L3.0.35_4.1.0_130816_source，our video camera decode device is ADV7180.

    Now,i just can use the follow cmd show video data on the board :       
          gst-launch tvsrc ! mfw_v4lsink
