How to turn on wifi in android oreo?

Hello, i succeed to boot my device(imx6dl) with android 8.0.

But i can't use wifi on my device. When i push wifi on button, it goes back to turn off state showing this error message "alloc_config_range: [hex num, hex num) PFNs busy.

What should i edit to make wifi work on my device?

This error it is usually related to the MAC Address of the WIFI it is not configure or set,   try to add the MAC Address of your WIFI card, in the config file of the driver provided by the  Wifi Chip.   or try with a Ifconfig to set the MAC address before enable it.
