How to program the BOOT_CFG1[7:4] eFUSEs to select the boot device

Hi ,

I am working on the IMX6 solo based target board. I need to select the external boot device. So how to program  BOOT_CFG1[7:4] eFUSEs to select the boot device . Do we need JTAG or some other hardware tool to program these fuses. Please provide the details. Thanks!
