OS Yocto 4.0 Kenel 5.15.52.
Platform is IMX8mm.
About use CAAM security key, we try to use the "kb_test" in Yocto 3.0.

We are follow the AN12554 in Yocto 3.0 kernel 5.4.70, we can add this v5.4.47-2.2.0 patch to use kb_test.
After add the patches and compiled kernel, we will be get /dev/kb device when system bootup.
*** In Yocto 4.0_5.15.52. ******
In github, we cannot find the yocto 4.0_5.15.52 patches in github.
