How to change ddr3 frequency from 528M to 400M for imx6q

hello,

            my board was designed accroding IMX6Q SABRESD, on which the OS is Android4.4.2 and u-boot 2009.08-dirty,now I want to change the ddr3 frequency from 528M to 400M,I want how to do for it ? the relative file is generic. Thanks

            Thanks your reply ! don't understand why to care for the kernel file?  Don't  just change the uboot file if I want to change the ddr frequency?
