How to boot from the QSPI Nor flash and eMMC?

Hi,

Our product was developed based on imx7ulp EVK. However it doesn't have SD card like the reference board. After reading the "Android Quick Start_Guide" and "Android User's Guide", I find our that:

"i.MX 7ULP EVKB-SD and i.MX 7ULP EVK-SD only support SD card as
the target device, so it does not need to specify the target device when
executing the uuu_imx_android_flash tool. "

For our case, Is there anyway to skip the SD card, and download the necessary files to the Nor flash and eMMC? Please help. Thanks!

Hi Yan Ding,

You need to modify .vbs file which is available for SD card in mfg tools. Also, you need to modify ucl2.xml for emmc or NOR flash that you would be using.
