How to Configure the USB1 of IMX28 as host mode default

Hi all,

  I want to set the usb1 as host,and disable the otg function.However,the vbus can't be driver successfully.the DEVCTL.bit3 and DEVCTL.bit4 is always 0.

  How to configure the usb1's register?
