How copy SD card content of Windows CE 5 based embedded system

I have 2 windows CE 5 embedded system which use i.Max31 application processor, which one is healthy and another one is damaged.

The damaged device have a booting problem and it freeze in booting section.

As i know a problem is SD corruption i tried to do exact copy of SD card from healthy device regarding below link.

then wrote this image to the new SD card but it dose not work which any of 2 devices.

how can i solve this problem? and what is the right solution?

I have no idea what may go wrong with coping.
Please try to use windd utility instead.

Or it is better to use dd utility on Linux PC.
