How can I load Ubuntu or other Linux OS on avaluation kit?

We are interesting on the evaluation kit model:

Can we load Ubuntu, CenOS, Raspbian OS, instead of the Android by default?

Can we boot OS from sd card like Raspberry Pi4?

Please tell me how to do it?
