HDMI to MIPI_CSI driver is not capturing

Hello,

I am writing driver HDMI to MIPI_CSI driver using chip ITE6616.
I am able to run driver in low power mode. 
How can I know the driver is running in High speed mode????

Also I am able to run the pipeline 
gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! videoconvert ! autovideosink

but my driver is not capturing ..

and also tried to save con tent in file using filesink element but not gvetting anything in file.

can anyone tell me why my driver is not working for capturing the screen.
