H.264 encode delay time.

Hi community.

Our costomer has delay time question.

About the H.264 encoding  General delay is  2 frame necessary i heared.

What is correct encode delay time of 720 p 30 fps of H.264 CBP ?

Hi Takashi

the delays in the encode path are not characterized for VPU. Generally

different streams have different delayed frames (up to about 16 frames

according to H.264 spec).
